More than 50 Percent GMP IPO will be open on 22nd Jan
A growing water and infrastructure solutions company want to sale share in public, retail investor can participate by minimum amount of ₹14,700 with 1 lot(50 share) bid, whereas Small Non-Institutional Investors (sNII) need a minimum of 14 lots (700 shares), amounting to ₹2,05,800,
while large Non-Institutional Investors (bNII) must apply for 69 lots (3,450 shares), amounting to ₹10,14,300. The price band for the IPO is ₹279 to ₹294 per share with ₹10 per share face value.
Denta Water IPO is raising ₹220.50 crore through a fresh issue of 0.75 crore shares.
