Stock Market Today: All You Need To Know Going Into Trade On Dec. 31

The NSE Nifty 50 closed 168.50 points or 0.71% down at 23,644.90 and the BSE Sensex ended 450.94 points or 0.57% lower at 78,248.13. Lupin, Mazagon Dock, RVNL, Wipro, Unimech Aerospace are some of the important stocks to watch on Tuesday. Foreign portfolio investors offloaded stocks worth approximately Rs 1,893.2 crore on Monday, while the DIIs bought stocks worth Rs 2,173.9 crore. Brent crude was trading 0.44% higher at $74.50 a barrel. Gold spot fell 0.68% to $2,603.57 an ounce.
