ArMee Infotech Limited (AIL) was originally incorporated as Blossom Infraspace Private Limited on February 8, 2011 under the Companies Act, 1956. In March 2017, the Company was admitted into the partnership firm M/s Armee Infotech, whose business was subsequently transferred to the Company upon dissolution of the partnership. The Company was renamed ArMee Infotech Private Limited in April 2017 and was later converted into a public limited company and renamed ArMee Infotech Limited in April 2024.

As an integral part of the ArMee Group, the Company operates as an IT infrastructure and system integrator, with a core focus on Government, Corporate, BFSI and Education projects across IT, AVSI and allied digitization services. Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the Company has expanded its presence to 14+ locations across India, enabling service and support across different client locations.

The Company is a sector-agnostic IT infrastructure solutions and managed services provider, serving both government/PSU and private-sector clients, with a strong focus on government and PSU projects. Its promoters and senior management have limited prior experience in solar EPC, solar PPAs and renewable energy project development, which involve regulatory, financial, technological and execution complexities.
