The company was originally incorporated on March 3, 1998, as Vijay Pet Plast India Private Limited in Madhya Pradesh. Subsequently, it was renamed Diksha Polymers Private Limited in February 2000 and later converted into a public limited company as Diksha Polymers Limited in June 2024.

The company is engaged in the manufacturing of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) bottles/containers, PET preforms, and caps. PET containers are widely used for storing beverages, edible oils, lubricants, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, consumer products, and other related applications. PET preforms serve as the primary raw material for manufacturing PET bottles and containers. The company caters to a diverse range of industries, including food & beverages, lubricants, pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and consumer goods.

Plastics& Polymers The company further strengthened its manufacturing capabilities through the acquisition of the running business of M/s. Diksha Packaging, a proprietorship concern of Mrs. Anjana Mandelia, pursuant to a Business Transfer Agreement executed in September 2024.

Issue Details / Capital History

The company is coming out with its maiden IPO of 1598400 equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a fixed   price of Rs. 112 per share to mobilize Rs. 17.90 cr. The minimum application to be made is for 2400 shares and in multiples of 1200 shares thereon, thereafter. The issue opens for subscription on June 17, 2026 and will close on June 19, 2026. The shares will be listed on BSE SME. The IPO constitute 30.76% of the post-IPO paid-up capital of the company. The company is spending Rs. 1.90 cr. for this IPO process and from the net proceeds of the issue, it will utilize Rs. 13.75 cr. for repayment/prepayment of certain borrowings, Rs. 2.25 cr. for general corporate purposes.
